First saw Beto do a routine like this in Irvine. Hugo had adapted it for our superclass in San Diego, and I adapted it again for my classes. Added some capoeira to one of the breaks. Samba took me forever to figure out. Since this was the first time the students were doing this, I showed them 3 levels. One just bouncing on each foot as shown by Diane on the right, then level two making the knees go out, and last i showed the full samba zumba style. By the end of the song, everyone was doing it!
